Standalone web dashboard for Hermes with chat, sessions, memory, skills, secrets, config and graph view
Hermes Dashboard is a standalone web dashboard for the Hermes agent runtime, packaged for people who already have a working Hermes install. It covers chat, sessions, memory, skills, secrets, config and graph visualization.
What Hermes Dashboard does
Hermes Dashboard is a standalone web dashboard for the Hermes agent runtime, packaged as a reusable project for people who already have a working Hermes install. An interactive one-line installer clones it into ~/hermesdashboard, asks where your Hermes home, checkout and virtualenv live, detects whether a Hermes API is already running, writes launcher scripts and a per-install API key, and runs preflight checks for the Python version, dependencies and common path problems.
The dashboard either reuses your existing Hermes API or starts a bundled API-only launcher. The recommended defaults are 127.0.0.1:8642 for the Hermes API and 127.0.0.1:8081 for the dashboard, and host, port and HERMES_API values are kept in .env.local. A Docker launcher runs only the web dashboard in a container while the Hermes API stays on the host. On Linux the installer can create user-level systemd services so both start at login. Updates can be done from a terminal, GitHub Desktop, a ZIP download or by rerunning the installer, and the gear menu in the dashboard has Update Instructions.
