Monitor and control Hermes agents from Even Realities G2 smart glasses through a WebSocket gateway
Hermes G2 HUD is a TypeScript web app and gateway that shows Hermes agent status, cron results and notifications on Even Realities G2 smart glasses.
What Hermes G2 HUD does
A WebSocket gateway runs on your server or laptop, on port 9090 by default, and exposes a small REST API. Hermes, or any script or cron hook, posts agent status, notifications and command results to endpoints such as /api/agents, /api/notifications and /api/command-callback. The HUD itself is a Vite and TypeScript web app that runs inside the Even Realities app on your phone, connects to the gateway over WebSocket and draws the data on the glasses over Bluetooth.
On the glasses, a tap advances, a double-tap returns to the Dashboard and scrolling moves through lists. There are four screens: Dashboard with agent counts and status, Agent Detail with task and progress, Notifications with mark-read, and Quick Commands with eight presets such as Health Audit and Cron Status. A tapped command flows back through the gateway to Hermes, using HERMES_CALLBACK_URL when set. Docker Compose is supported, and the project is MIT licensed.
