Hermes Pixel Office

VS Code extension that shows Hermes agents working as pixel characters in a virtual office
Hermes Pixel Office is a VS Code extension that renders live Hermes sessions as animated pixel characters in a small office. It reads state from the pixel-office Hermes plugin and never sends anything to your agents.
What Hermes Pixel Office does
Sessions walk in through the door and sit at desks, subagents get gold collars with their goal as a name tag, and characters type, read, browse or run terminals depending on what the agent is actually doing. When an agent needs a dangerous-command approval, its character shows a red alert bubble and the header displays how many are waiting, with an optional chime.
The extension host polls the pixel-office plugin's /state endpoint on 127.0.0.1:8113 with Node's http module, and the webview draws the snapshots on a canvas. The view is visual only. Over Remote or SSH it works out of the box because the extension host runs where Hermes runs. Two settings exist, hermesPixelOffice.stateUrl and hermesPixelOffice.openOnStartup. A standalone mode opens the same office in a browser at http://127.0.0.1:8113, and the + agent button in the header opens a terminal running hermes.
