tmux TUI that runs Claude Code, Codex, Hermes Agent and other coding agents side by side
agent-manager is a terminal UI built on tmux that lists many AI coding agents, including Hermes Agent, in one view with live status, quick prompts, git worktrees and diff review. Each session launches your own installed CLI unchanged.
What agent-manager does
Each agent runs in its own persistent tmux session and appears in a project tree you can fold and reorder. Pressing space sends a prompt into a session's pane without attaching, or spawns a new agent in the selected group. Dead sessions revive on their own conversation, and f continues a conversation in a named fork (Hermes, Antigravity and Oh My Pi have no fork). ctrl+r opens a syntax-highlighted diff of an agent's changes, and comments left on lines go back to the agent as one review prompt.
It is a thin layer over the CLIs you already have, so your login, subscription, config files and MCP servers carry over. An agent can spawn another agent, message it and wait for it, because MCP-capable sessions carry those tools at launch. The mouse works across the manager, and T opens a shell next to an agent. Status detection covers Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex, Grok Build, Gemini CLI, Antigravity CLI, Pi, Command Code, Hermes Agent, Muse Code and Oh My Pi. Cost tracking is not available yet.
