Mission control for Hermes Agent: kanban board, live streaming and review queue for autonomous tasks
Minions is a web dashboard for Hermes Agent that organizes autonomous work as a kanban board, with live streaming of tool calls and a human review step before anything is marked done. It runs locally with a SQLite database.
What Minions does
Each task in Minions is a persistent Hermes root session. You describe the work in chat and walk away, and the board shows where each task stands: in progress, in review or done. Successful agent runs move cards into a review queue, and agents only propose completion, so nothing is closed without your sign-off. Chat transcripts stay in the Hermes session database, while Minions keeps task metadata, status and per-task settings in its own local SQLite database under ~/.minions/.
You can watch tool calls, reasoning and responses stream live, override the model and reasoning effort for individual tasks, create and manage recurring Hermes scheduled tasks with history and output, and browse files that agents created in the workspace directory. The server opens at http://localhost:6969. The adapter interface exists, but the first release supports Hermes only, and an OpenClaw adapter is next on the roadmap. A hosted access option is offered through Agent37.
