Package an agent's persona, skills, MCP stack and memory into one signed bundle for Hermes and others
Uniqent packages an agent's persona, MCP stack, skills, memory and config into one signed .uniqent bundle that can be installed into Claude Code, Hermes or OpenClaw. A per-framework adapter translates the bundle into each framework's native layout.
What Uniqent does
Uniqent covers build, pack, share and install. You compose a brain visually in Uniqent Studio, a local-first builder, or capture an existing agent with uniqent export, or turn an Obsidian vault into a brain with uniqent import-vault (SOUL.md becomes the persona, USER.md the profile, MEMORY.md and notes the memory). The bundle is signed with Ed25519 over a content digest, and a fail-closed secret scan keeps API keys out of it.
Installing is a translation rather than a copy. The adapter verifies the signature, shows a permission sheet, resolves your credentials locally, dry-runs in a sandbox and then writes the framework's native layout. When a target cannot hold something, for example Hermes' memory limits, it truncates or transforms the content and reports exactly what changed. Bundles can be shared as a file or URL with no hosted service required, and npx @uniqent/cli try installs a featured brain in one command.
Key features

- Adapters for Claude Code, Hermes and OpenClaw
- Visual Studio builder with a memory graph
- Export of a running agent and import of an Obsidian vault
- Permission sheet and sandbox dry-run on install
- Reports what changed when a target cannot hold a feature
When to use it
- Moving an agent setup from Claude Code to Hermes
- Sharing a ready-made research analyst brain as a file or URL
- Turning an Obsidian second brain into an installable agent
Who it is for: Developers who want to build and share portable agent setups across frameworks.
How it fits with Hermes Agent
Hermes is one of three supported install targets, and the adapter reports any truncation caused by Hermes' memory limits.

What is Uniqent?
Uniqent is a builder, packager and installer for a portable, signed bundle that contains an agent's persona, skills, MCP stack, memory and config.
Does Uniqent work with Hermes Agent?
Yes. Hermes is one of the supported install targets, alongside Claude Code and OpenClaw. The adapter translates the bundle into Hermes' layout and reports anything it had to truncate.
How do I install Uniqent?
Run npx @uniqent/cli try research-analyst to install a featured brain into the framework it detects. Use npx @uniqent/cli try --list to see the other featured brains.
