Local dashboard and physical controls for AI coding agents, from a 3D aquarium to Stream Deck and e-ink
AgentDeck is a local dashboard that shows which AI coding agents are working, waiting or finished across projects, on a Mac, terminal, tablet, Stream Deck or small hardware displays. Its 1.8.0 showcase added Hermes Agent alongside the other agents.
What AgentDeck does
One local daemon on your computer connects agent sessions to the screens you choose. Options in the README include a Mac app, a terminal TUI with a braille aquarium, iPad, iPhone and Android tablet apps, Stream Deck+, Ulanzi D200H keys, an Android e-ink reader and several ESP32, LilyGo and TRMNL displays, plus pixel displays such as Divoom Pixoo64 and Ulanzi TC001. No extra hardware is required to start.
In the native 3D aquarium view each session becomes a creature whose movement reflects its activity, and nearby fish react. The dashboard also shows a timeline and usage limits. The 1.8.0 showcase adds Hermes Agent next to the other agents and shows GitHub CI companions orbiting sessions that wait for checks. Controls work only when a session exposes a supported control path, and other surfaces show status.
