What Humalike Plugin does

Humalike Plugin connects a Hermes agent to the Humalike APIs so it behaves more like a participant in group chats on Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp and Discord. Turn-taking decides when to jump in and when to stay silent, and it naturalizes replies so they read like a person wrote them instead of one wall of bot text. A persona feature expands a one-line description into a fuller character with /soul enhance.

Theory-of-mind logic considers how a message will land for the reader and adjusts before sending, while social learning picks up a group's slang, formatting and jokes. On first start the plugin applies the config changes it needs and prints what it changed, where and why: for example streaming off, one shared session per group, tool progress hidden and the clarify toolset disabled. Authentication prints a login URL, and the key is saved to ~/.hermes/.env.

Requirements: An up-to-date Hermes Agent and a Humalike login, approved through the URL the plugin prints on first start.

Note: The plugin patches into Hermes internals, so an out-of-date Hermes can leave turn-taking silently unhooked.
