What Alan's Way Plugin does

This repository is the part of Alan's Way that you install on the machine running your Hermes agents. The alans-way plugin lets your primary Telegram bot check in when you have gone quiet. After a wait you control, it injects one internal prompt and the bot decides what to do, or replies [SILENT] so nothing is sent. Sending external messages, purchases, credential changes, production changes and destructive operations always ask first.

A setup script writes a workspace_browser block into the Hermes config. It points to a router that tries your computer first and sends new browser work to the VPS browser when your computer is asleep. Work already running in a host tab is not moved. A second plugin, alans-way-computer, is a computer-use provider for desktop apps, with approval-gated actions confirmed on Telegram. A companion desktop app, Alan's Workspace, is a separate repository. No email or calendar connectors are bundled.
