Hermes Tweet
Xquik-dev/hermes-tweet
Hermes Agent plugin for X (Twitter) search, monitoring, follower exports and approval-gated actions
Hermes Tweet is a Hermes Agent plugin that adds X (Twitter) search, account monitoring, follower exports and approved posting through the Xquik API.
What Hermes Tweet does
The plugin gives Hermes access to a catalog of 102 OpenAPI-generated Xquik endpoints, including 33 prepaid reads and 7 direct MPP routes. It registers three tools: tweet_explore searches the bundled catalog and makes no API call, tweet_read calls read endpoints, and tweet_action handles private or mutating endpoints such as posting, monitors and follower extractions. It also bundles a Hermes Skill and two slash commands, /xstatus for account and usage status and /xtrends for current X trends.
Actions are off by default and require HERMES_TWEET_ENABLE_ACTIONS=true. Tools never accept credentials as arguments, because the plugin injects XQUIK_API_KEY at request time, and admin, billing and API-key routes stay hidden. Without an API key, only tweet_explore is exposed. Xquik is an independent third-party service not affiliated with X Corp, and the plugin is MIT licensed.
