Two Hermes Agent skills that turn a product brief into a TVC shot list, storyboard and video prompts

What Hermes TVC Pipeline does

tvc-director (v4.0.0) acts as a creative director through seven phases: creative brief, proposals with two or three directions, visual tone, pre-production asset prompts, shot list, review and delivery. Hard checkpoints at the visual tone and asset prompt stages keep the user in control. It outputs concept.md, shot-list.md and prompts for asset images.

storyboard-builder (v2.0.0) reads those two files and produces storyboard-prompt.md, which holds prompts for GPT Image 2 storyboard images and fallback video prompts for Seedance. The two skills are linked by a file contract, and tvc-director loads storyboard-builder in Phase 5.3 through its related_skills metadata. Downstream, the README names Nano Banana Pro for asset images and Seedance 2.0 or Jimeng for video, using the storyboard frames as anchor first frames. The README and skill text are written in Chinese.
