Conversational Agent Skill that interviews you, then writes an implementation-ready Chinese PRD

What prd-writer does

Instead of producing a full PRD right away, the skill first runs a diagnosis from three perspectives: user, business and technical. It asks at most three questions per round, confirms page structure and navigation, then outputs a short concept PRD for you to confirm and freeze the scope. Only after that does it write the implementation-ready PRD in Chinese, covering user flows including exception paths, state machines, field rules, copy rules and error handling, with no TBD placeholders.

The skill follows the Agent Skill format, so it runs in Claude Code, Codex, Hermes and OpenClaw. It is installed with the skills npm tool, which detects the agent in use and places the skill in the matching skills directory, and adding --agent '*' installs it for all agents. You start it by describing a product idea or typing /prd-writer, and it is updated or removed with npx skills update and npx skills remove. The README is bilingual in Chinese and English.
