What Hermes Theme does

The repository contains hermes-clean.yaml and hermes-lucid.yaml. Hermes Clean uses a warm white canvas, near-black text, thin-line cards and a low-saturation blue-green accent, with a font stack and sizes chosen for reading Chinese. It lightens code, log and Kanban detail areas and adjusts the Kanban column layout to reduce horizontal overflow on small and medium screens. Hermes Lucid follows a light, glass-like system look with semi-transparent panels, rounded controls, a single blue focus colour and wider, taller Kanban columns.

The themes change only how the Hermes Dashboard looks. According to the README they do not affect Hermes logic, profiles, model configuration, memory, wiki or Kanban data, and they do not overwrite the built-in themes. You copy the YAML files into ~/.hermes/dashboard-themes, start hermes dashboard and choose a theme in the selector. The repository holds only style files, with no API keys, accounts or private paths.
