22 persona-driven Hermes Agent profiles with SOUL.md files and skills for coding, research and ops
Hermes Profiles is a collection of 22 ready-made Hermes Agent profiles, each with a SOUL.md persona and domain skills. It spans code, research, security, finance, infra and fiction writing, and includes a top-level orchestrator named Senna that routes requests to the specialists.
What Hermes Profiles does
Each profile directory holds a SOUL.md that defines the agent's identity, methodology and output standards, plus a skills folder with domain-specific skills. Profiles include code, creative, research, security, finance, knowledge (Obsidian vaults and wikis), infra, communication, social, homelab, mlops, business, media, educate and novel. Security work is split into cyber-red and four cyber-blue profiles for cloud, compliance, forensics and SOC. A gamehub-mod profile handles Discord community moderation.
The collection is designed to run as a fleet. Senna is the front door: it parses intent, routes the request to a specialist profile, and passes the results back. Domain profiles such as code, research and infra act as orchestrators for their area, while profiles like finance, homelab and novel act as workers. The README says every SOUL.md is meant to be edited, and each profile has its own README describing when to use it.
