What Hermes Profile Packs does

The repository publishes three packs. Hermes Agency (agency-* profiles) has 113 professional specialists covering engineering, product, design, QA, operations, marketing and content. Hermes Council (council-*) has 21 profiles and 84 personal-life skills for areas such as health, finances, career and travel. Hermes Academy (academy-*) has 30 faculty profiles and 120 teaching skills. The packs are kept apart on purpose, so a work profile does not carry private life context and a teaching profile does not turn into a production executor.

An installer, install.py, can list Team Recipes, recommend one for a goal described in plain words, and install a recipe at a minimal, recommended or expanded tier. Recipes are selection guidance only and do not create memory, cron jobs, Kanban state or credentials. The optional Academy Continuing Education flow lets a profile learn a capability from an installed instructor and save it with a /learn command, but it needs a Hermes build that supports goal_manage and profile-distribution preload_skills.

Note: The Academy Continuing Education flow needs a Hermes build with goal_manage and profile-distribution preload_skills, and compatibility with the standard Hermes release is not yet guaranteed.
