Hermes gateway plugin that streams Feishu and Lark replies as live interactive cards
Hermes Fry Cards is a Hermes gateway plugin for Feishu and Lark that turns each agent reply into a streaming CardKit v2.0 card with typewriter output and a unified panel for thinking and tool calls.
What Hermes Fry Cards does
The plugin injects a hook into the Hermes gateway through AST-based injection, without changing Hermes core. Replies stream onto a Feishu card as they are generated, the header color follows state (blue while streaming, green when done, red on interruption or error), and thinking and tool calls are interleaved in true timeline order and collapsed into one bottom panel. The collapsed line shows the model, thought and tool counts, context percentage and elapsed time.
For stability it reflows over-limit tables into field lists, applies an 18 KB byte budget against Feishu's roughly 30 KB card limit, and seals a card and continues on a new one when it nears the 200-element limit. Remote markdown images are re-uploaded as Feishu img_key values. With modular Hermes 0.21 or newer, a group-chat safety boundary guards against leaking API keys and internal IPs. A standard-library web console called Studio edits the configuration, and a systemd user unit keeps it running. The README is in Chinese with an English version.
