Hermes dashboard plugin with a browsable session-history wiki and a read-only memory audit panel
Hermes Memory Wiki is a dashboard plugin for Hermes Agent that adds a Memory Wiki tab with subject pages and daily logs derived from your local session history, plus a read-only panel showing the MEMORY.md and USER.md entries the agent carries into every session.
What Hermes Memory Wiki does
Hermes Memory Wiki adds a Memory Wiki tab to hermes dashboard after Sessions. It derives subject pages and daily logs deterministically from your local state.db, with subjects extracted from session titles, file paths, tool names, slash commands, quoted phrases and CamelCase identifiers. A Persistent Memory panel renders the agent notes and user profile entries exactly as the memory tool parses them, so you can audit what the agent remembers.
The plugin makes no LLM calls and no writes: it opens state.db read-only through the public hermes_state.SessionDB API and only reads memory files, while editing memory stays with the memory tool. Its backend routes are mounted at /api/plugins/memory-wiki/ behind the dashboard's normal auth gate, and profile scoping is handled by the host. It requires Hermes Agent 0.21 or later and must be listed in plugins.enabled, which the --enable flag does. The README credits Abdullah Raja as original author through hermes-agent PR 31244.
