What Hermes Theme Workshop does

Hermes Theme Workshop holds two independent systems in one repo. CLI Skinning, the hermes-cli-skin skill, changes how Hermes looks in the terminal: colors, banners and prompt. The agent handles art generation, YAML writing and activation, and examples/dragonfable.yaml is a reference skin. Desktop Ricing, the linux-ricing (v3) skill, is the main one. The agent audits your machine, generates a design system from a described mood, and applies it across KDE Plasma, Hyprland, GTK, terminals, bars and wallpapers.

The ricing workflow is a LangGraph pipeline with 8 checkpointed steps and tiered feedback loops at a visual-preview gate, resumable from a SQLite checkpoint, and it leaves a rollback record. It covers colorschemes, Kvantum, Plasma themes, cursors, Konsole and wallpapers, Hyprland pieces such as borders, hyprlock, waybar, rofi, dunst and fastfetch, and shared GTK, polybar, picom and mako templates. Built-in presets include catppuccin-mocha, nord, gruvbox-dark, dracula, tokyo-night, rose-pine, solarized-dark, doom-knight, void-dragon and shiva-temple. The README says it was extracted from real use on Arch Linux with KDE Plasma and Hyprland.
