What PRD Generator Skill does

The skill interviews in rounds of at most four questions, reads an existing repo first and pre-fills every answer the code can prove, then writes the PRD from a fixed template to docs/PRD-<name>.md. It asks 16 questions in 4 rounds, plus a fifth round only when the project touches payments, personal data, integrations or post-launch maintenance. The interview is bilingual, in natural Indonesian or English.

A deterministic script, validate_prd.mjs, checks the result for eleven required sections, leftover placeholders and TODOs, user stories without a so-that clause, and P0 features without acceptance criteria. The README shows it returning PASS or FAIL lines on shipped fixtures. After validation the skill gives a short non-technical summary and can export a JSON task list, a Mermaid roadmap and a hand-off file for coding agents. A one-command installer copies the skill into detected agent folders, but for Hermes it prints the hermes skills add command instead.
