iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and CarPlay client for Hermes Agent or any OpenAI-compatible server

In short

Redde is an iOS app for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and CarPlay that connects to a Hermes Agent you run yourself, or to any OpenAI-compatible model server. It lets you talk or type to the agent, watch it work and approve what it wants to run.

What Redde does

Redde streams the agent's reasoning, tool calls and subagents, and shows cards for approvals, clarifying questions, sudo prompts and secrets, which can also be answered from a notification. Speech recognition runs on the device, replies can be spoken by the built-in voice or your own Kokoro server, and hands-free mode, barge-in, AirPods and CarPlay are supported. Replies render Markdown, highlighted code, tables, Mermaid diagrams and math offline.

Beyond chat, the app manages Hermes sessions, projects, profiles, skills, toolsets, memory and context files, cron jobs and the Kanban board. From Settings it shows what the gateway is connected to, lists its MCP servers with a switch and test for each, reads logs, and restarts or updates Hermes, while a Files section browses and edits server folders. There is no account or analytics, credentials stay in the iOS Keychain, and conversations go only to the server you configure. Goosehouse runs one optional relay for encrypted push notifications when the app is closed.
