What Cinema Manager does

Cinema Manager searches through content-source plugins, ranks results with a quality score and saves a chosen link to the user's Quark cloud drive. The score adds points for resolution, source, HDR, audio, codec, subtitles and platform; for example, 2160p adds 100 and a BluRay or REMUX source adds 90. A setup wizard walks through Quark login by account and password or by cookie, plugin selection, genre classification and the save folder.

Genre sorting uses the OMDB API (a free key allows 1,000 requests a day), scraping of the content source, or is switched off, and results are cached locally. Files are organized into genre folders with Infuse, Plex and Jellyfin naming. Users can ask Hermes for a film by name, or run the Python CLI with search, auto, save, organize and plugins commands. A new source is a plugin file in scripts/plugins that implements search and extract_link. Quark cookies expire after about seven days.
