Self-writing Hermes skills for product managers: competitive intel, signal log and decision log
Hermes PM Toolkit is a drop-in folder of self-writing skills for product managers running Hermes Agent, covering competitive intelligence, a customer signal log and a decision log.
What Hermes PM Toolkit does
The toolkit is a folder you drop into ~/.hermes/ so that three workflows load automatically. It includes a SOUL.md for your PM context with bracketed fields to fill in, a memories/USER.md profile that is updated with decision patterns, a signals/log.md customer signal log, a decisions/log.md decision log, and three skills under skills/pm-workflows.
The skills are competitive-intel, a Monday briefing with pattern detection that can also run as a cron job; signal-log, for logging customer interactions and asking what you have heard about a topic; and decision-log, which records each decision with a REVISIT IF flip condition and checks whether something has come up before. They run as /competitive-intel, /signal-log and /decision-log. A 30-day-rollout.md suggests adding one use case per week. The README accompanies a post on the Monday Gap, and contributions of new PM skills are welcome if they include a When to Use section, an explicit procedure and an auto-update step that writes to MEMORY.md or USER.md.
