What Evey Bridge Plugin does

The plugin has two skills and one hook. The /evey-loop skill runs a Mother Mode improvement loop that checks the bridge, builds something and logs the result. The /evey-status skill gives a quick status check covering health, Moltbook, wallets and crons.
