Local-first dashboard for AI token usage and cost across dozens of coding tools, with native apps
TokenTracker is a local-first dashboard that tracks AI token usage and cost across dozens of coding tools. Its optional Skills tab syncs public skills across several agents, and Hermes is one of them.
What TokenTracker does
TokenTracker parses usage logs on your own machine and shows trends, a model breakdown and cost analysis in a dashboard at localhost:7680. It needs no account or API keys, installs hooks automatically for the supported tools it detects, and does not read prompts. Beyond the dashboard it ships a macOS menu bar app, a Windows system tray app and a Linux tray app, plus desktop widgets, a desktop pet and achievement tracks.
An optional Skills tab browses more than 250 public skills and syncs them across Claude, Codex, Grok, Antigravity, Gemini, OpenCode and Hermes. Hermes is named in that skills sync list; check the project's supported-tools list to confirm whether Hermes usage itself is tracked. Day-to-day commands include tokentracker sync for a manual sync, tokentracker status with a JSON or plain ASCII mode for scripts and CI, and tokentracker doctor for a health check.
