What fstack does

fstack, short for Founder's Stack, is a set of 75 Agent Skills (51 of them user-facing) for founders who still write the product, built by Fabio Parlascino. The same slash skills run in Cursor, Claude Code, Google Antigravity, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, Hermes, OpenClaw and anything else that loads Agent Skills. One orchestrator, /fstack, classifies each request and routes it to one of two engines instead of loading every skill into the prompt.

The founder operations engine covers work between commits, such as replying to inbound leads, triaging support tickets, writing posts and running competitive teardowns. The engineering engine, /engineer-mode, routes to 23 engineering playbooks and 24 design principles, with /poteto-mode kept as an alias, and its playbooks and principles started as Lauren Tan's work and are credited. A bridge skill, /support-loop, takes a paid-but-locked customer case through finding the webhook, writing a failing test, fixing the handler and drafting a reply. The install command detects which agents you have and links the skills into each, and fstack doctor reports what it found.
