What hermes-skills does

The repository ships three skills to drop into ~/.hermes/skills/. The bitwarden skill (version 1.5.0) wraps the Bitwarden Secrets Manager CLI, bws, for secret injection, environment variables and dotenv. The email-himalaya skill (1.0.0) chains bitwarden into himalaya so email can be sent without typing a password. The skill-autoresearch skill (0.7.0) runs an evaluation loop of benchmark, diagnose, verify, patch, then keep or revert.

Skills can declare a dependencies block in their SKILL.md frontmatter listing tools, environment variables, other skills, verify commands and multi-step compositions. Three tools act on that block. skill-graph-test verifies dependencies, runs the compositions and scans for personal data. skill-graph-viz renders the dependency graph as a PNG. skill-graph-extract analyzes Hermes session history, counts the CLI commands used and suggests skills for tools you use often without one.
