Opinionated skills and agents for building, shipping and operating apps with Hermes Agent
Oh My Hermes (OMH) is an opinionated workflow layer that loads skills and workflows into Hermes Agent for building, shipping and operating software. A CTO agent coordinates focused Product, Designer, Builder, Reviewer, Security and Ops agents through Hermes Kanban.
What Oh My Hermes does
OMH is modeled on Oh My Zsh: you install it once and Hermes loads a curated set of skills and runs them autonomously, on a VPS, a laptop or wherever Hermes lives. The loop runs Understand, Design, Build, Check, Ship, Learn. Hermes reads the project before asking anything, asks at most three questions with recommended defaults, and only irreversible actions such as production release, rollback, public posting or payment need your approval.
A CTO agent handles lifecycle, roadmap and delegation, and coordinates the Product, Designer, Builder, Reviewer, Security and Ops agents through Hermes Kanban, memory and cron. The installer loads 36 skills and 6 workflows, and you then message your Hermes bot with set up the CTO loop. Claude Code and Codex are optional implementation engines, and Computer Use is a guarded shared skill. GitHub and a production URL can be connected later.
