What Hermes Telegram UX does

Hermes Telegram UX edits a single Telegram message as a task advances, for example from thinking to searching, reviewing sources and preparing the final answer. The status follows real tool events and recognized tool results, such as search counts, returned weather fields, missing files and failures. Recovery is shown only after a real subsequent attempt, and partial failures stay qualified. For substantial work, a telegram_ux_update tool lets the model supply concrete stages that tool events cannot express, such as comparing sources.

No timer invents stages, edits are throttled, duplicates are suppressed and cleanup is bounded. Status language switches between Chinese and English based on the current message. The plugin deliberately has no completion cards, buttons, welcome pages, settings panels or /tgux command, and you disable it through Hermes when you do not need progress. Version 2.1.0 is built only on the public Plugin API, and the install pins a commit SHA resolved from the v2.1.0 tag before running hermes plugins validate and doctor.
