NordRelay

nordbyte/nordrelay

Bridge that connects coding agents including Hermes to Telegram, Discord, Slack, Matrix and a WebUI

In short

NordRelay is a remote control plane that connects Codex, Pi, Hermes, OpenClaw and Claude Code sessions to Telegram, Discord, Slack, Matrix and a WebUI. It adds streaming replies, file and voice input, queues, artifacts and user permissions.

What NordRelay does

NordRelay lets you drive coding agents from chat apps and a browser dashboard. Each Telegram chat or topic, Discord channel or thread, Slack channel, Matrix room, WebUI view and peer node gets its own independent session. Replies stream back with typing and status indicators and tool activity. You can send files, photos and voice, queue prompts, retry or stop a run, and collect generated artifacts.

Access is controlled by NordRelay users and groups, linked chat accounts and registered channels, and the first WebUI start creates the first admin. Sessions can optionally use isolated Git worktrees so several agents can work on one repository without seeing each other's unfinished changes. Peer nodes allow multi-host control. Setup is interactive with nordrelay init, nordrelay doctor checks it, and runtime config is written to ~/.nordrelay/nordrelay.env. The WebUI usually runs at http://127.0.0.1:31878/. Node.js 22 or newer is required.
