Hermes Memory Wiki

Browsable, searchable wiki of Hermes conversations whose facts and decisions feed new sessions
Hermes Memory Wiki scans your Hermes sessions, summarizes them into a browsable web wiki, and injects extracted facts and decisions into new sessions as context. It is meant to stop you re-explaining your setup every time.
What Hermes Memory Wiki does
A scanner reads Hermes conversations on a schedule, summarizes each with an LLM through a single hermes -z call, and stores the result in a web wiki. Version 2.5 adds a facts layer, where deduplicated statements about your environment, tools, preferences and constraints go into facts.json and are overwritten when something changes, and a decisions layer, where choices go into decisions.json with a supersedence trail instead of being deleted.
The extracted context is injected into new Hermes sessions. The wiki has /facts and /decisions pages, and auto-generated sessions such as hourly scans, daily backups and check-ins are classified in their own sidebar section. The scanner runs three workers in parallel, skips sessions that are already summarized, and by default looks only at the last seven days. The README describes hourly scans and daily backups as automatic.
