What Hermes Community Plugins does

Hermes Community Plugins is a collection of plugins for Hermes Agent that require no core patches: drop the plugin folder into ~/.hermes/plugins/, enable it in config.yaml and restart the gateway. The README documents two plugins. async-delegate adds a delegate_async tool that starts a background subagent as a separate hermes chat process and returns a task_id immediately, so the current turn is not blocked. A watcher thread checks for finished tasks every five seconds and injects a notification into the originating session, either queued for the next turn or steered into the active tool loop.
