What Hermes Health Apollo does

Hermes Health Apollo installs as the health-data plugin for Hermes Agent and brings wearable, calendar and email-load context into one local store. It syncs Oura sleep, readiness, activity, stress, heart rate, workouts, sessions, resilience, SpO2 and tag data into a SQLite database at ~/.hermes/health.db, and pulls Google Calendar and Gmail metadata through Hermes's Google Workspace helper so workload can be compared with health signals.

Hermes gets tools for recent health state, date ranges, stress days, correlations, heart-rate windows, workouts and coverage checks, plus a bundled health-coach skill that routes ordinary questions to them. Terminal visuals include meeting stress leaderboards, recovery gates, sleep debt and baseline drift views. Calendar and Gmail syncs keep redacted metadata and counts, not message bodies or attendee identities. The project states that it is not medical diagnosis, and it flags thin data and missing syncs instead of hiding them.
