What Hermes Telegram Voicenote does

After a reply finishes, the text goes out immediately and unmodified. A background worker then writes a spoken script, either with a model you choose or by plain cleanup, synthesizes it with your configured Hermes TTS provider and voice, and sends it as a native Telegram voice bubble with retries. Tables, lists and code are explained in plain words instead of being read cell by cell. If audio is impossible after retries, you get one short notice.
