Requirements: A configured Hermes Agent, an LLM API key (DeepSeek is the only provider the author tested), a Tavily search key (strongly recommended) and stable access to GitHub and PyPI for installation

Note: Output comes from an LLM and can contain errors, so the README says contract terms, quotes and compliance decisions must be checked by the user, and testing was done only with DeepSeek.
