What Hermes Agent Dock does

The Dock discovers the profiles already registered with Hermes and does not create or copy agents. For the selected profile it loads a model list from that profile's own configured provider, starts or resumes a session, and keeps that profile's tools, memory, approval gates and session. Different profiles can run at the same time, while one profile runs one job at a time. The card floats at the top right by default, and a Dock or Undock control moves it into the bottom workspace.

The Dock can attach to a live session and send ASK, NUDGE, REDIRECT and STOP requests, which it records in a profile-local SQLite ledger under $HERMES_HOME/agent-dock. Launcher mode polls background jobs and does not stream tokens. The release candidate v0.4.0 is verified on Windows 10 with Hermes Desktop, and the README says macOS and Linux installs still need release testing. Hermes v0.20.0 users open it from the status bar or Command Palette.
