Analytics and cost-monitoring dashboard for Hermes Agent token usage, tools, platforms and cron jobs
Hermes Agent Dashboard is an analytics and cost-monitoring dashboard for Hermes Agent. It shows token consumption, cost by model and platform, tool usage, errors and cron job status.
What Hermes Agent Dashboard does
Hermes Agent Dashboard shows how much a Hermes Agent deployment consumes and what it costs. It works as a transparent proxy: Hermes sends its API requests to localhost:3333 instead of api.anthropic.com, the proxy forwards them unchanged, captures responses including streaming SSE, and logs usage to a local SQLite database. It also reads Hermes's own state.db read-only for sessions tagged by platform, message history, tool calls and token counts.
Panels include a KPI strip with tokens, cost, requests and sessions today, monthly cost and projected monthly cost, with a cost alert banner when thresholds are exceeded. Charts cover daily token usage and cost by model for the last 30 days, usage by platform across Telegram, WhatsApp, CLI, Discord and Slack, top tools and tool categories over time, context depth and response complexity histograms, an activity heatmap, error rates and cache efficiency, and operations views for cron jobs, gateway uptime and system resources. The reference deployment runs a FastAPI app behind Caddy with Let's Encrypt HTTPS and secret-code authentication.
