Multi-agent orchestration skills for Hermes Agent: consensus planning, interviews and verified execution

In short

Oh My Hermes (OMH) is a set of composable Hermes Agent skills for consensus planning, requirements interviewing and verified execution, with an optional plugin. It is inspired by oh-my-claudecode and rebuilt for Hermes primitives.

What Oh My Hermes does

Oh My Hermes provides skills that you chain into a workflow. omh-deep-research decomposes a topic, searches in parallel, synthesizes and verifies citations. omh-ralplan runs a Planner, Architect and Critic debate until they agree. omh-deep-interview is a Socratic requirements interview with coverage tracking, and omh-ralph implements, verifies and iterates until a task is done. Driver skills document how a dispatcher should run ralplan and ralph, omh-triage (v0.1) does multi-role triage of an issue backlog, and omh-autopilot composes the pipeline end to end.

The skills work standalone with no dependencies. An optional plugin adds hook-based role injection, atomic state management and evidence gathering, and it self-seeds a .omh directory in your project on first use. The recommended pipeline for an unfamiliar domain is deep research, deep interview, ralplan, then ralph. The README lists one known gap: persisting research findings into the wiki, fact store or memory is not integrated yet.

Key features

  • omh-ralplan consensus planning through a Planner, Architect and Critic debate
  • omh-ralph verified execution that iterates until verification passes
  • omh-deep-interview and omh-deep-research for requirements and background research
  • omh-autopilot pipeline that composes planning, interviewing and execution
  • Optional plugin with role injection, atomic state and evidence gathering
  • Install through hermes skills tap, or copy skills into ~/.hermes/skills/omh/

When to use it

  • Turning a vague idea into a reviewed plan and then an implemented, verified change
  • Researching an unfamiliar domain before writing requirements
  • Triaging an issue backlog with several reviewing roles

Who it is for: Hermes Agent users who want structured planning and verification workflows instead of one-shot prompts.

How it fits with Hermes Agent

It is written natively for Hermes Agent, uses Hermes skill taps and primitives, and installs into the Hermes skills and plugins folders.
