What Orchestration War Room does

Hermes already supports profiles with their own SOUL.md, skills and models, a synchronous delegate_task call, and a durable SQLite-backed kanban board where one profile can hand work to another. Orchestration War Room adds a visual layer over those features. You hire a leader and a team, brief the leader, and watch the team work, while the dashboard handles the kanban wiring, status tracking and notifications. The orchestration logic itself stays inside Hermes.

The main page splits into mission control and an operatives floor. Mission control has a chat with the active orchestrator, where each message is wrapped in a hidden preamble that forces delegation through the kanban, and a board with Todo, Ready, Running and Blocked columns. The floor shows each active profile as a workstation with an avatar, a name placard with a status light, a status pill and a speech bubble with the live step. A separate page, The Team, assigns each operative a callsign and a tailored SOUL.md. The interface is multilingual.
