Porcelain Dashboard Theme

Minimal light theme for the Hermes Agent dashboard with system fonts and an optional swatch plugin
Porcelain Dashboard Theme is a light theme for the Hermes Agent dashboard. It keeps the default layout and controls but uses a grayscale palette, system fonts and higher-contrast controls.
What Porcelain Dashboard Theme does
Porcelain replaces the default stylized dark look of the Hermes dashboard with a quiet monochrome surface on a white canvas. It preserves the default layout, sizing and controls, uses native system fonts instead of the stylized display fonts, and removes decorative glow, grain and filler imagery. Icon-only controls, switches, badges and small labels are kept visible.
The theme is a single YAML file, theme/porcelain.yaml, copied into ~/.hermes/dashboard-themes/. A companion plugin is optional. Hermes shows placeholder swatches for user YAML themes while another theme is active, and the plugin patches the theme picker so the Porcelain row shows a proper swatch. It does not modify Hermes source and adds no panels or banners. The README offers a one-line curl installer, a local install script and manual copy commands, plus a dev script for checks and logs.
