What Hermes Mobile does

Hermes Mobile runs on the same origin as the Hermes Dashboard, so it reuses your existing Dashboard session. There is no separate service to host, no new account and no API key or secret stored in the client. It is designed for private access over Tailscale, with HTTPS provided by Tailscale Serve, and the Mobile tab in the Dashboard runs diagnostics and shows an install QR code.

From the phone you can chat with the main Hermes agent with live streaming replies, approve or reject high-impact actions, watch an activity inbox of running tasks, delegations and cron jobs, browse projects and kanban boards, and view agents, profiles, workers and system status. It installs to the home screen on iOS Safari and Android Chrome. The author describes it as a solo spare-time project built with AI coding tools, written in TypeScript and React, with no telemetry or third-party trackers.
