What Hermes Loop Master does

Hermes Loop Master is a skill that forces a coding agent to follow a fixed loop: spec, one slice, real test, adversarial review, clean handoff. Before editing, it writes Goal, Done When, Non-goals, Never Touch and Stop If. It then implements one small, testable change at a time and proves it with positive, negative, preservation and failure-path checks backed by RED/GREEN evidence.

Effort adapts through Tiny, Standard and Critical modes, so small tasks do not pay for the full loop. Critical tasks can use an independent oracle, meaning a second runtime or contract. A review step looks for fake-done patterns, weak tests, scope creep and secret leaks, and state goes into a .hermes-loop folder holding LOOP.md, REVIEW.md and HANDOFF.md so the next session can resume. The installer stages and validates a copy, keeps a timestamped backup and rolls back on failure. The README is written in English and Persian.
