Bot HQ

Hermes plugin that gives each bot a dynamic Home dashboard and brings all your bots into one HQ
Bot HQ is a Hermes Desktop plugin that gives each Hermes bot its own visual Home dashboard with status, metrics, alerts, tasks, routines and buttons, and collects all bots on one fleet page.
What Bot HQ does
Bot HQ treats chat as one interface among several. Each bot writes its own Home, a dashboard built around what that bot does, and the bot owns the data while Bot HQ renders it. From a Home you can see status and metrics at a glance, trigger declared moves, run routines and click buttons such as Review or Escalate instead of typing the request again. A fleet page lists every local Hermes profile with no signup or register step.
Setup has four steps: install the plugin with hermes plugins install, switch the page on in Hermes Desktop under Capabilities, Plugins, run hermes hermes-bot-hq setup to enable the dashboard reader for every bot, then open Bot HQ from the sidebar. If a bot has no dashboard yet, Copy and open chat produces a prompt that makes the bot write its own Home. To refresh a Home on a schedule, add the skill with hermes cron edit --add-skill hermes-bot-hq:bot-home. A manual path symlinks the plugin into a single profile.
Key features
- A Home dashboard per bot, written by the bot itself
- Fleet page listing every local Hermes profile
- Buttons that trigger declared moves and routines
- One setup command that enables the dashboard reader for all bots
- Scheduled Home refresh through the bot-home skill and Hermes cron
When to use it
- Monitoring several purpose-built Hermes bots from one screen
- Reviewing or escalating a bot's findings with a click instead of a chat message
- Giving a monitoring or routine bot a status page with alerts and tasks
Who it is for: Hermes Desktop users who run several single-purpose bots and want dashboards instead of chat-only control.
