What Hermes GitHub Launch does

Say github launch and the skill scores five SEO name candidates, asks three questions, runs pre-flight checks and then works in parallel phases sized to Hermes's delegate_task ceiling of three concurrent subagents. Phase 1 covers project intelligence, research on the top three similar repos and a social preview SVG with supporting files such as CHANGELOG, CONTRIBUTING, LICENSE and a CI workflow. Phase 2 sets topics, description, labels and good-first-issue, and creates a v1.0.0 release. GitHub Pages is then enabled and verified, and a 7-check validation runs with auto-fix.

Phase 3 drafts distribution content for Reddit and Show HN, X and LinkedIn, and Product Hunt, DEV.to and newsletter pitches, and the skill ends with a 7-day launch calendar. A Lite mode skips distribution, and Improve mode audits an existing repo with six parallel agents, scores 18 README dimensions, ranks gaps by return and never overwrites without showing a diff and getting confirmation. It is the Hermes-native version of the author's Claude Code skill github-launch-agent.
