Desktop pet for macOS and Windows that reacts to your AI coding agents, including Hermes Agent
OC-Claw is a Tauri desktop pet that monitors AI coding agents in real time, with Hermes Agent among the supported ones. Its animated character works, idles and sleeps along with your agents.
What OC-Claw does
OC-Claw shows an animated character on the macOS notch or the Windows taskbar that reacts when OpenClaw, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI or Hermes Agent are working, idle or waiting. On macOS, hovering over the notch opens a session detail panel. It discovers local OpenClaw agents with session lists, chat history and daily call and token charts, and listens to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI through installed hooks.
Hermes Agent is connected through a plugin that feeds an event parser. The README also says the app can connect to remote OpenClaw or Hermes Agent instances running on servers over SSH. On Windows, Hermes is supported through remote SSH. You can give different agents different characters, load custom animations, set island backgrounds with a crop tool and enable completion sounds. It is built with Tauri v2, React, TypeScript and Rust, and the README is available in six languages.
