SEO OS AI Ranking is a starter kit for agency owners and business owners who want a structured way to run SEO with Hermes Agent. The pieces are a custom SEO OS Command Center dashboard, local SQLite state, one Hermes profile and one VPS workspace per client, scheduled SEO checks and reports, and Telegram messages for onboarding confirmation and operator notices. Agent work is approval-gated.

The v1 dashboard has pages for Clients and Sites, Approvals, Opportunities, Agent Tasks, a Content pipeline, Schedule, CTR Tests, an Activity Log, Reports and Settings. A setup script, scripts/setup_seo_os.py, creates a client workspace skeleton and supports --dry-run. With a Telegram target set, it also creates the per-client Hermes profile and sends a confirmation. The repository is a template with seeded fake clients, and it asks you not to commit client data, tokens, Search Console exports or databases. A one-click Cloudflare deploy for the dashboard is also offered.
