Ready-to-run Hermes agent template with Telegram onboarding and bring-your-own keys
Nick's Stack is a ready-to-run Hermes Agent template for the Orgo cloud desktop that wires together Telegram onboarding, email, a virtual card and over a dozen integrations with no secrets baked in.
What Nick's Stack does
Nick's Stack launches a cloud desktop that signs you into a model provider, walks you through a Telegram QR pairing, and leaves you texting a personal Hermes-powered bot within about two minutes. It is rebuilt from a full audit of the author's own production agent, wiring Hermes' gateway to AgentMail for email, AgentCard for a virtual spending card, AgentPhone for SMS and iMessage, and Composio for over a thousand third-party apps.
Every integration ships key-less: an unset API key just parks that server rather than crash-looping, and it revives automatically within five minutes of the key landing, or instantly through /mcp in chat. A 1Password service-account token resolves the whole key map at every start, and every model and tool call is traced to Latitude so usage stays observable.
Key features
- Guided first boot: model sign-in, Telegram QR pairing, optional 1Password token
- Key-less integrations that park rather than crash when a credential is missing
- Built-in email, SMS/iMessage and a virtual spending card for the agent
- Composio bridge to Gmail, Slack, Calendar, Notion and over a thousand other apps
- Every model and tool call traced to Latitude for observability
When to use it
- Standing up a personal always-on Hermes agent reachable over Telegram or SMS
- Giving an agent its own email address and virtual card for supervised spending
- Running a Hermes deployment that mirrors a known-working production setup byte-for-byte
Who it is for: Individuals who want a working, always-on Hermes Agent deployment without assembling the gateway, messaging and credential wiring themselves.
