What hermes-lang-vi does

The pack translates the Hermes interface across every surface, including approval prompts, tips and slash-command descriptions. It is built on the language-pack plugin spec and splits into three files: vi.yaml with 3,432 keys for core strings, vi.tui.yaml with 1,244 keys and vi.desktop.yaml with 4,922 keys. Locale resolution runs pack, then overlay, then bundled, then English, so missing strings fall back to English safely.
