What PMBOK 6 Skill does

The skill packages all 49 PMBOK 6 processes with full inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs, plus eight step-by-step agent workflows: project kickoff, EVM status, change request, risk session, audit, contract selection, closure and PMP preparation. Thirteen document templates cover items such as the project charter, WBS, risk register, stakeholder register, RACI, communications plan and lessons learned.

A dependency-free Node.js script, pmcalc.js, computes EVM, PERT, critical path with reserves, EMV, FPIF/PTA and CPIF contract figures, communication channels, NPV and IRR, and schedule compression. Ten worked examples were checked with it. The content is in Russian, with a bilingual skill description and an English summary in the README. CI checks that exactly 49 processes exist and that cross-file links and frontmatter are valid.
