What Film Studio Skills does

Video models have no memory between generations, so a character's face or jacket can drift between neighboring shots. Film Studio Skills turns the discipline used in large AI film productions, locked references, asset passports copied verbatim into every prompt, and written approval gates, into seven skills that run in a fixed order: setup, studio-init, film-breakdown, reference-board, asset-passport, stress-test and shot-prompt.

/setup records which image and video models you use, one question at a time, and writes that configuration into your project's instruction files so the rest of the chain reads the same setup; it never stores API keys directly. /studio-init scaffolds the project folders, /film-breakdown walks a script scene by scene filling 22 fields per shot, and /reference-board turns references into captioned, approved or rejected boards before anything is called locked.
