Web chat interface for Hermes Agent that maps each Hermes profile to a separate agent
Hermes Client is a web-based chat interface for Hermes Agent that treats each Hermes profile as its own agent. It streams replies, keeps sessions in sync with the terminal, and exposes cron, skills and plugins in one UI.
What Hermes Client does
Every agent in the UI maps one to one to a Hermes profile, with its own home directory, config and sessions. Adding, renaming or deleting an agent runs the matching hermes profile command underneath. Each chat turn spawns the hermes CLI in quiet chat mode and streams its output to the browser over Server-Sent Events, so no hermes gateway, extra port or separate API server is needed.
Sessions started in a standalone hermes REPL show up in the sidebar within seconds, and a web conversation can be resumed from the terminal. An xterm.js drawer hosts the real hermes model and config commands for setup, files can be dragged into the composer, and views for cron, skills and plugins sit in the same shell. It also has JWT login with a default admin account, colour themes and an installable PWA.
Key features
- One UI agent per Hermes profile, with add, rename and delete from the interface

- Embedded xterm.js terminal for model and config commands
- File uploads, with images passed to Hermes through --image
